Victorian Sterling Silver Collar Necklace

A magnificent Victorian Sterling Silver collar necklace from the late 19th Century, c1880s

A heavy weight, top quality piece that weighs 63 grams, made up of skilfully hand made Silver links. The centre connecting links are little intricately made embossed links with little heart motifs set within, creating texture down the centre of the necklace.

Fully articulated and very tactile, this collar necklace drapes beautifully when worn

The necklace closes with an oversized bolt ring clasp that can be worn at the front or at the back of the neck.

Condition: Very good antique condition , Cleaned and gently hand polished, the aged patina to the silver has been retained
