We want you to be over the moon with your Jewellery from Nellie’s Trove! However, for your peace of mind, if for any reason you would like to return your purchase we offer a No Quibble 30 day return policy 

Please contact us by email asknellie@nelliestrove.com (within 14 days of receipt of your purchase and return to us within 30 days) we will provide the return instructions when you contact us including directions on filling in the customs form for customers outside the UK

Please note sized rings and altered pieces (altered by us for you or if you have had the item altered or sized by a third party) are non returnable 

We ask that you cover the cost of the return (we advise that you use a tracked and signed service that is insured to the value of the item/items)

Once the item arrives safely back to us in the same condition as it was received we will process your refund in full
