Victorian 15ct Gold, woven, hinged, illusion bangle from the late 19th Century c1890

The 15ct Gold bangle is made up of continuous tightly woven sections throughout, with a central panel of ball details for a striking textured look, nice and weighty too at 22.5 grams

The bracelet has the added interest of creating an optical illusion as it's clever design makes it appear to narrow and widen before your very eyes!

The bangle opens up on the hinge that works perfectly and closes with a good click, there is a safety chain for added security

The Gold is so rich and warm with a slightly rosey hue to it, unmistakably antique 15ct Gold

Stamped 15c to the clasp tongue and tested to confirm

Weight: 22.5 grams

Dimensions: Internal 58.2mm x 47.7mm, 8.1mm wide x 5.6mm thick,

Condition: Very Good antique condition, some shallow indentations to a few of the ball details which can be forgiven in a piece of this age! and are not detrimental and hardly visible when worn
