Edwardian 9ct gold seed pearl pendant on chain

A beautiful quality Edwardian 9ct Gold seed pearl brooch, pendant on fine trace link chain, c1900

The pendant is hand crafted in a stunning and unusual convex quatrefoil design, with little leaf drop and removable bail, set with little creamy iridescent seed pearls throughout. The central section is raised in a flower motif with central bezel set seed pearl

The piece can also be worn as a brooch, the bail doesn't need to be removed as it neatly tucks in at the rear, when worn as a pendant it has a convex silhouette when viewed from the side

The pendant comes with a 9ct Gold fine trace link chain that is slightly later period, with bolt ring clasp stamped 9ct and fully tested
