A superb, French, Antique, 18ct Gold, fancy link watch chain with matching dog clip and large bolt ring clasp c1900

Absolutely stunning in vibrant and rich 18ct Gold. The chain is in amazing condition with minimal wear. Made up of fancy interlocking links that create a beautiful texture to the chain. The large 12mm bolt ring and dog clip work perfectly and add further detailing, all original to the piece.

The French made such beautiful chains and this one is no exception, a rare piece and in such wonderful condition, the perfect watch chain necklace!

Dimensions: wearable length 39.5 cm / 15 1/2 inches long, links are 3.1mm at the widest point, the bolt ring is 12.1mm round

Stamped with the eagles head French poincon that denotes a minimum fineness of 18ct Gold to the bolt ring, the dog clip and the end of the chain (also tested to confirm)
